Ireland: Part 11
After an amazing few weeks exploring the coast, our trip through Ireland was about to get better with an impromptu visit from a few of our favorite college friends!
We kicked off a weekend filled with pints of guinness and many many laughs in Shannon. From there we drove along The Wild Atlantic Coast to the Cliffs of Moher and spent the sunny afternoon relaxing in the insanely beautiful grassy knolls along the cliffs.
Our first night out was in the quaint town of Doolin, where we enjoyed traditional Irish food and danced into the wee hours. The following day we took a boat trip aboard the Happy Hooker to the Aran Islands, rented bikes, and cruised past shipwrecks, castles and even dolphins. We wrapped up the visit with two nights in the rowdy town of Galway, drinking more pints and dancing to more music along the way!
