The Netherlands, Amsterdam
From Edinburgh we hopped a flight back to mainland Europe to the Netherlands, where we would spend 4 nights in the Capital city of Amsterdam. Amsterdam is a city surrounded by a maze of water, the city boast 165 canals connected by over 1,200 bridges that are constantly swarmed by bicycles! There are over 800,000 bicycles in Amsterdam, more than the entire population living there!
The city's famous residents included Ann Frank, Rembrandt, and van Gogh. It is also home to the world renown beer, Heineken. We spent our time chilling out in this super cool town with an awesome vibe, a few memories from our exploration...

We fell in love with Amsterdam, the quaint streets, tree lined canals, and relaxed vibe made it one of our favorite cities on the trip to date. Nothing better than grabbing a beer on the canal!
Speaking of beer, it was off to Germany from the Netherlands by train to throw a few brewskis back with LJ in Berlin!!!
I would not want to look for my bike in that pile!! lol Mom
Really, how much eating and drinking And relaxing and chilling can you possibly do????
